On December 13, 2023 at 08:45 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nyeesha Blount, conducted an Unannounced Complaint site inspection to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Director Castellano, Kaci also present was (6) staff members who are background cleared. LPA advised Licensee of the nature of the inspection. Current Census today is 36 children which consists of (36) preschoolers. LPA obtained a copy of the children's roster, observations and staff interviews were conducted.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. This report must be kept available for public review for (3) years. Notice of site visit given.
