On Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 2:31 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Ta-Tanisha Hives, Center Director, for a case management inspection for Lead Testing Results. There are 45 preschool children and 8 staff members including center director. A tour of the kitchen was conducted. Test Results were obtained. It was concluded that there were two kitchen faucets that had elevated lead levels established by a certified independent water sampler. Furthermore, the facility corrected the elevated lead levels which are now below 5.5 ppb. An updated November 30, 2022 lead test results were provided.

There were no deficiencies cited during the inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Ta-Tanisha Hives, Center Director.
