25 | On 10/22/2025 at 09:27 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Hollinger arrived at the facility to conduct an UNANNOUNCED Annual inspection at Irma Flores' Family Childcare Home. LPA met with Licensee and explained the purpose of today's inspection. LPA was granted the inspection authority to enter the Home. The family childcare home days and hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Present in the home at the time of inspection were Licensee, Licensee's assistant, who is fingerprint cleared, and five (5) children in care consisting of one (1) infant, three (3) preschoolers, and one (1) schoolager.
The home is a single story house consisting of Bedrooms 1 and 2, Bathrooms 1 and 2, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced front yard, laundry room, large storage room and converted garage.
ON-LIMIT areas: Living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced front yard, Bedroom 2 and Bathroom 2, and converted garage. There is a wood-burning fireplace located in the living room but has not been in use and is blocked off and made inaccessible to children in care. The Isolation area is on the couch or in Bedroom 2.
OFF-LIMIT areas: Bedroom and Bathroom 1, laundry room, and large storage room. The off-limits areas are blocked off and made inaccessible to children in care.
Medicines, cleaning products, and sharp objects are stored inaccessible to children in care during today's inspection. The home maintains a working telephone. Licensee was reminded that smoking is not allowed in a family childcare home. Licensee stated that there are no pets in the home. Licensee stated there are no firearms or ammunition stored in the home.
