25 | On February 12, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Licensee Sandra Zaparolli for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection. Present during today's visit were three (3) preschoolers, the Licensee's spouse, and the Licensee. Residing in the home is Licensee, her spouse, and adult daughter, one (1) indoor cat, two (2) large outdoor dogs, and five (5) small caged birds. LPA conducted a tour of the daycare areas for a health and safety check. All adults living in the home have a fingerprint clearance. The Licensee serves children ages 0-5. The Licensee currently does not have any infants enrolled in her program, but she is planning to enroll an infant soon. The Licensee's operation hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 6pm.
The home is a single family home consisting of a three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, a fully fenced in backyard, living room, dining area, kitchen, and play room.
The Off Limit Areas - All bedrooms and the bathroom next to the living room. The off limits areas are made inaccessible by gate, closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
The On Limit Areas are the living room, dining area, kitchen, playroom located next to the laundry area, bathroom across from the playroom, and backyard.
Isolation Area - Next to the bathroom or on the bench in the patio, depending on the weather
All toxins, cleaning products, medications, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. The home is clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The home has safe toys, play equipment, and materials available to
