On October 16, 2024 at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia arrived unannounced to complete the complaint investigation regarding the allegation above. LPA met with interim director Ryan Fritzberg. Present were 22 children and an addition 3 staff members.

During the course of the investigation, LPA made observations, conducted interviews with staff, parents and children, and also reviewed documents. There is not enough evidence to prove nor disprove that a staff member screamed at a day care child. Staff deny this allegation. Parents interviewed are happy with the day care.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted with interim director Ryan Fritzberg. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
