On September 17, 2024 at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia arrived unannounced to conduct a POC (Plan of Correction) Inspection. LPA met with Interim Director Ryan Fritzberg. Present were 21 children and an additional 3 staff members.

Section 101238(a) - Buildings and Grounds was cited on 9/6/24 for broken plexiglass attached to playground fence. LPA observed today that the plexiglass has been repaired. Deficiency is cleared today.

Section 101216.3(b)(1) - Teacher-Child Ratio was cited on 9/6/24 for having 18 children in the Tadpole class with only a fully qualified teacher and an aide with no units. A plan was submitted on 9/12/24 and the deficiency cleared.

A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview with Interim Director Ryan Fritzberg. Copy of report and POC Cleared Letter provided.
