Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. LPA met with Nelly Orantes. There were 23 children in care today including 2 children in the toddler option.

During the inspection on 2/9/23 LPA observed children supervised by aides without the supervision of a teacher. Facility was cited under the following California Code of Regulations, title 22:

101216.2(e) An aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher.

During today's inspection LPA observed all children and aides to be supervised by a teacher. The citation issues on 2/9/23 is cleared during today's inspection.

Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
