On 1/19/23 at 1:30 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Melissa Domantay and Melissa Guirit conducted an Unannounced Complaint Investigation at The Learning Experience and met with owner Rajya Ponnaluri. The LPAs inspected the facility and conducted additional staff interviews. Complaint allegation is that Staff do not ensure the facility is kept in clean sanitary conditions at all times. Based on LPAs parent and staff interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED due to some parents who stated their concerns regarding facility's cleanliness and staff stating their cleaning protocols. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No Deficiencies have been cited for the allegation.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the owner Rayja Poonaluri.
