On 3/15/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection at Footprints Preschool and met with Director, Mary Margaret Robbers.

Purpose of today's inspection is to verify corrections implemented after center was cited for Supervision & Care on 3/1/24. Today there were 9 children napping in a room with 1 staff supervising them. Director and another staff were present in the center. Director submitted plan of corrections and implementation to Licensing Office via email earlier and states the plan is being implemented. Citation was cleared today and Letter of Clearance was provided.

No deficiency was issued today. This report was reviewed with Director, Mary Margaret Robbers. Notice of Site Visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.
