On Monday, May 1, 2023 at 2:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Sandra Magana with two infants and six preschool children for an unannounced complaint investigation. Joseline Calderon and Anderson Zepeda arrived during the inspection. Licensee stated that she lives in the home with her husband. She denies living anywhere else. Her adult son and adult daughter lives at the alleged address. Her teenage daughter goes to the alleged home during the weekend. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur. Based upon the investigation, the complaint allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. Notice of Site visit must be posted for 30 days.

On Monday, May 1, 2023 at 2:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Sandra Magana alone with 2 infants and 6 preschool children for an unannounced complaint investigation. Joseline Calderon and Anderson Zepeda arrived during the inspection. Interviews were conducted. Interviews revealed that a few older children have to wait sometimes to use the bathroom because someone else was in the bathroom. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur. Based upon the investigation, the complaint allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. Notice of Site visit must be posted for 30 days.

Joseline Calderon and Anderson Zepeda arrived during the inspection. Interviews were conducted. Some parents interviews revealed that they don't enter the home or count the children present. Licensee denies having more than 14 children at any given time. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur. Based upon the investigation, the complaint allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. Notice of Site visit must be posted for 30 days.

Joseline Calderon and Anderson Zepeda arrived during the inspection. Interviews were conducted. Most interviews revealed that some children are being dropped off by a parent in the morning and being picked up by the licensee or assistants in the afternoon. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur. Based upon the investigation, the complaint allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. Notice of Site visit must be posted for 30 days.
