On 06/25/25 at 8:30am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mario Caro and Dana Santiago conducted a Continued Unannounced Complaint Investigation and met with teacher Diana Bodnaryuk to deliver findings. During the visit there were 12 preschool aged children in care. During today's visit LPAs observed the facility, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that Staff talk to the children in harsh and forceful tones. Interviews indicated conflicting information therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with teacher Diana Bodnaryuk.

On 06/25/25 at 8:30am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mario Caro and Dana Santiago conducted a Continued Unannounced Complaint Investigation and met with teacher Diana Bodnaryuk to deliver findings. During the visit there were 12 preschool aged children in care. During today's visit LPAs observed the facility, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that Staff forces children to stay on cots during nap time. On multiple visits LPAs observed children sitting up on their cots quietly during nap time, water bottles in the nap room, and children being brought out to use the restroom. Interviews and observation indicated conflicting information therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with teacher Diana Bodnaryuk.
