25 | On November 18, 2025 at 02:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nyeesha Blount met with Licensee Romo, Cristina and assistant who is background cleared for an unannounced random annual inspection. There were (1) infant, (7) preschool children present during the time of the inspection. The facility’s operating hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM. LPA toured all on limits areas of the facility for health and safety inspection. All required postings are posted on a board outside the front door.
The home is a One story home, which consist of a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, breakfast nook, (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, fenced backyard and garage. The day care is neat and clean and has central heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. There are enough age appropriate furnishings, toys, books and learning materials available. Applicant states there is no weapons in the home. All hazardous materials and toxins were observed to be inaccessible to children today, Knives were stored in an upper cabinet. The day care is equipped with (1) fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, working smoke detector, and working carbon monoxide detector. Pediatric CPR and First Aid has expired on August 2023.
ON LIMIT: will be kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, breakfast nook, hallway bathroom, and center of backyard.
OFF LIMIT: will be the (2) bedrooms, (1) master bathroom, laundry room, right and left sides of backyard and garage secured with gates made inaccessible to the children in care.
