25 | On July 2, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Licensee Gladys Hernandez for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection. Present during the inspection were 4 infants, 5 preschool-aged children, 4 school-age children, Licensee's two assistants. The Licensee arrived approximately 30 minutes later, and two school-age children left upon the Licensee's arrival. The home was toured for a health and safety check. The daycare's operation hours are: Monday - Friday and 5:00am - 10:00pm Saturday 6:00am - 6:00pm
The home is a single family house and consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, one car garage, fully fenced in front yard, and fully fenced in backyard.
Off Limit Areas: kitchen, garage, and both bedrooms at the end of the hallway. The off limits areas will be made inaccessible by gate, closed and/or locked doors, and visual supervision.
On Limit Areas: living room, bedroom next to the living room, bathroom, the front yard, the backyard, and the walkways on both sides of the house.
Isolation Area: bedroom next to the living room.
All toxins, cleaning products, medications, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. The home is clean and orderly for safety and comfort. The home has safe toys, play equipment, and materials available to the children. Licensee stated there are no firearms in the home. There are no pools, fixed-in-place wading pools, hot tubs, spa, fish pond or any similar bodies of water on the daycare premises. LPA observed plenty of activity space for the children to play and observed an area sectioned off for the infants. The play area for the infants had age-appropriate toys and activities.
