On 8/25/2026 at 9:28am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Amrita Bagchi for a complaint that was received for the allegations listed above. Present during the visit were seventy (70) children (4 toddlers and 66 preschool age children). Fourteen (14) additional staff members were present as well. The facility operates in seven (7) classrooms (Rooms 2 - 8), from 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday – Friday and holds a single license with toddler and preschool components.

Through LPAs investigation, documents were collected, files were reviewed, additional evidence was collected and interviews were conducted. Due to conflicting information received during the investigation LPA determined although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility staff.
