A Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection was conducted at the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kiriko Lynch in response to a request for a garage addition to the Large Family Child Care Home (FCCH) received by Licensing. During today's visit, the facility was operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The additional space was toured and inspected. No hazards were observed.

Garage addition to the large FCCH licensed space will be approved upon receipt of fire clearance form from the approving local fire authority by Licensing.
