On 07/29/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Gutierrez, conducted an unannounced Case Management Licensee – Initiated inspection. LPA met with Director, Cynthia Gomez, and toured the facility indoors and outdoors. The purpose of todays inspection was to inspect and measure classroom #3 “Eagle Room” for permanent preschool usage. During todays inspection LPA measured classroom #3. Classroom #3 measured at around 440 square feet. This square footage can accommodate up to 12 preschool children. A fire clearance was requested by the department and was granted. During today’s inspection Ms. Gomez submitted paperwork to close the school age license.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
