32 | The following items must be completed before the facility can utilize their temporary play yard:
- Submit a plan in place to notify CCL how the facility will ensure that the play yard is safe for children to use, the toys provided, & schedule.
- A waiver request will be submitted.
As per the play structure. It will be placed on off-limits as of today, due to the construction being conducted on the floor tiles. Site supervisor stated that children will not have access to the area, and that children are always supervised during outdoor transitions. Site Supervisor will contact the department once repairs are complete. Site Supervisor understands that a LPA must conduct an inspection of repaired play structure and floor tiles before children have access to the area. Site Supervisor stated she understood.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited during today's visit.
