On 7/21/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Pacheco conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPA met with Director, Sierra Hernandez. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed day care staff, day care parents and day care children. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging facility staff did not adequately supervise day care children and facility staff spoke inappropriately to day care children. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Sierra Hernandez. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
