On 01/16/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Vega-Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA and LPM met with Director, Brittney Randolph who accompanied LPA and LPM during a tour of the facility’s interior and exterior and took a census. LPA and LPM explained the purposed of the inspection.

The purpose of the inspection was to inspect the accessible areas to children in care and to take photos.

During the inspection Director, LPM, and LPA toured the preschool outdoor play area. LPA and LPM observed children in play while various staff conducted their supervision of all children in care. LPA and LPM inspected the outdoor play structure and observed play structure to have caution tape. Director stated that children are currently not allowed to play on the play structure’s slides due to the slides being repaired. LPA and LPM did not observe children playing on the slides. LPA and LPM observed various large rocks located in areas that are not in high traffic areas. LPA and LPM observed staff supervising children as children sat, jumped off, and walked around rocks.
