On 8/18/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sha Fee Vang conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude the complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Trenity Jones to discuss the purpose of the inspection and to deliver findings regarding the above allegation. A tour of the facility was conducted, and census was taken.

During the course of the investigation LPA Vang conducted interviews, conducted facility observations, reviewed records and obtained pertinent information relevant to the investigation.

Although the information gathered through interviews and documentation indicated that
the facility does keep sensitive documentation for the child in the child’s records, such as emergency medical contact/provider information, the evidence obtained did not establish whether staff failed to safeguard day care child’s records.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today’s inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Director Trenity Jones.

Director was provided with appeal rights. A notice of site visit (LIC 9213) was given and must be posted for 30 days.
