On 11/08/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ka Vang arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the investigation findings for the above allegations. LPA met facility representative, Josie Diaz, and a census was taken.

During the course of the investigation, LPA reviewed pertinent records, interviewed daycare staff, daycare children and parents of children in care. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency was cited during today's inspection.
