On 2/23/23 an unannounced case management visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Harris. LPA met with Marisol Rodriguez and a census was taken.

The reason for this report is to address possible deficiencies that were observed during an inspection. Upon arrival, the facility staff was not able to tell the LPA who was in charge, as the director/owner was not present and neither was the lead teacher. The Lead Teacher, Marisol Rodriguez was contacted and came in. A file review was conducted as Marisol Rodriguez stated that teacher, Josephina Diaz was qualified as a site supervisor. The file review showed Ms. Diaz to be qualified.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter1, no deficiency was cited during today’s visit. An exit interview was conducted with Lead Teacher, Marisol Rodriguez. Notice of Site Visit to be posted for 30 days.
