13 | On May 19, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Zamudio conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with Director Jessica Denn. LPA Zamudio explained the purpose of the today’s inspection was to provide finding for the above allegation.
During the investigation, LPA Zamudio conducted facility inspections, observations, reviewed video footage, interviewed staff and parents. LPA also reviewed facility records. Through interviews and observation, LPA Zamudio was unable to determine if staff handled the child in a rough manner. Interviewees provided positive feedback of the facility and reported no concerns regarding staff.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jessica Denn. Appeal rights were provided.
