On October 9, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) K. Vang and C Brannon, conducted an unannounced proof of correction Inspection for the School Age license.

Prior inspection on October 7, 2022, a deficiency was cited. During today's inspection was to ensure the deficiency correction has been completed. Licensee anchored the bookcase to the wall. Deficiency was cleared. During today's inspection, LPA provided a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director, Tia Lam.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
