On 01/19/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luisa Gavoutian conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Directors Becky Ihara and Annette Tamez and took a census. The purpose of today's inspection was to obtain signatures on the case management inspection report that was conducted on 01/14/2022.

On 01/14/2022, LPA conducted an unannounced case management inspection to provide technical assistance related to COVID-19. LPA experienced computer technical issues during the inspection and was unable to obtain signatures on the report. LPA had discussed the contents of the report with Directors Becky Ihara and Annette Tamez on 01/14/2022.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited today.

Exit interview conducted with Directors Becky Ihara and Annette Tamez. A notice of site visit was provided and must be remain posted for 30 days.
