On 2/21/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Harris conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA met with director, Kate Gonzales. A census was taken.
The purpose of this report is to cite deficiencies that were discovered during todays inspection.

On 2/13/23 there was an incident that occurred at the day care center where police were called out to the facility. This incident was not reported to the Fresno CCL office as per the reporting requirements.

California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter (1), are being cited on the attached LIC 809 D. An exit interview was conducted with Kate Gonzales. A printed copy of this report as well as appeal rights was provided to Mrs. Gonzales at the conclusion of the visit.

Notice of Site Visit is to be posted for 30 days.

within seven days following the occurrence of such event. Any unusual incident or child absence that threatens the physical or emotional health or safety of any child. This requirement was not met as evidenced by the licensee not reporting police involvement to the Fresno CCL office.
