On November 9, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts Brannon and Vang, conducted a case management inspection. During today's inspection

During an office visit, on October 18, 2022, licensee, Nancy Alejandrez, requested for Licensing to measure the outside play yard for the preschool program; to ensure there is adequate outside square footage to meet Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, 101238.2 - Outdoor Activity Space: There shall be at least 75 square feet per child of outdoor activity space based upon the total licensed capacity. At this time, licensee is ensuring staff follows provided schedule. She is aware if the schedule is not followed and commingling takes place, a citation can be issued.

During today’s inspection, LPAs measured the potential outside school age area. LPA reviewed with licensee, Nancy Alejandrez, the outside square footage is 3555, which is adequate to meet preschool capacity of 48. This area consists of sand, covered patio, shade structure and mature trees.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee, Nancy Alejandrez. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
