On November 30, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) C Brannon and K Vang conducted an announced inspection. During today's inspection, LPA took a census, toured facility, inside and outside.

On November 9, 2022, LPA measured the potential outside school age area. LPA reviewed with licensee, Nancy Alejandrez, the outside square footage is 4954, which is adequate to meet school age capacity of 12. This area consists of a cemented with a covered patio and an area with sand and play equipment.

The school age play yard faces St. U. Licensee installed a fence to separate the preschool and school age play yards. LPA measured the height of the fence that separates the school age play yard from the preschool play yard and meets Title 22 - 101238.2 - Outdoor Activity Space requirements of 75 square feet per child of outdoor activity space based on the total licensed capacity, provides a shaded rest area for the children and equipment and activity areas shall be arranged so that there is no hazard from conflicting activities. The fence separating the school age and preschool programs is four feet high.

Per the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no citations were issued during today's inspection. LPA provided a copy of appeal rights. A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was given and is required to post for 30 days.
