13 | On 02/27/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ka Vang arrived at the daycare facility unannounced. The purpose of today’s inspection was to deliver the finding regarding the above listed allegation. LPA met with Center Director Lindsi Pipkin. A tour of the facility was conducted, and a census was taken.
During the investigation, LPA conducted multiple facility inspection and observation. LPA also interviewed Licensee and other parties involved, conducted records review, and obtained copies of facility records. Based on record review, a child appeared to had hair lice; however, LPA was unable to gather sufficient evidence to determinate that it was the daycare staff members who are inadequately inspected daycare children for communicable resulting daycare children have communicable disease.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
