13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julie Baptista conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegation. LPA met with director, Earline Graves, and took a census.
Complainant reported that staff does not provide adequate supervision to day care children. During inspection LPA interviewed staff and parents, reviewed records and obtained documents. LPA observed adequate staff/child ratios during inspection.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, based on statements, interviews and records received during the investigation there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today's visit. An exit interview with Earline Graves was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and given to Administrator. Notice of Site Visit to be posted for 30 days.
