13 | On 9/28/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julie Baptista conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for complaint allegations. LPA met with Office Manager, Raquel Moreno. LPA reviewed the allegation, and toured the facility, inside and outside. LPA observed 33 preschool children and 6 staff.
On 8/17/23, LPA observed two qualified teachers supervising 13 children in the school age classroom at 7:20 AM. Per staff in the classroom, the children were of different ages and would be going to other classrooms soon. During the inspection on 8/17/23, several more children arrived at about the same time that other teachers arrived to take children to classrooms. During the inspection, LPA conducted interviews and reviewed records. Due to conflicting information, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today's visit. An exit interview with Office Manager was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and given to Office Manager.
