On 03/18/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Miguel Herrera and Sonja Navarrette conducted an announced Case Management inspection and met with Director, Tammy Nichols. LPAs explained the reason of the inspection and a tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside. St. Anthony’s Preschool is located on the premises of St. Anthony’s Private School. The purpose of the inspection was to verify the preschool center’s facility sketch. The preschool center operates in classroom #24 which is in the southern end of the campus and the preschool's playground is fenced and separated from the private school's play yard area.

The facility has a waiver on file for a shared playground with the Transitional Kindergarten classrooms. The Transitional Kindergarten classrooms are in classroom #1 and #2. The Transitional Kindergarten classrooms are a part of St. Anthony’s Private School and are not licensed by CCLD Fresno. The center is operating within the limitations and capacity specified in the license. There is a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than twelve children in attendance. During today's inspection LPAs observed adequate supervision of children inside and outside the classroom.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Preschool Supervisor, Tammy Nichols. Appeal rights were provided. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, there are no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
