25 | On 01/15/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Miguel Herrera conducted a case management inspection at Licensee's request to add an additional bedroom to the license. LPA Herrera met with Nelli Gevorgyan and conducted a tour of the facility. LPA observed ten (10) children in care during the inspection with an assistant present.
LPA observed bedroom #1. LPA observed age appropriate toys, and two infant cribs. The cribs were kept free from loose articles and objects, and there are no objects hanging above or attached to the play yard. Furthermore, the cribs have tight fitting covers. LPA observed child safety covers on exposed electrical outlets. The room has a closet that will always remain inaccessible to children in care by door knob spinners. LPA Herrera observed that the room has a second entry/exit door that leads to the home's restroom hallway. The door will remain closed with a door knob spinner. The main entry door leads to the living room (daycare room). LPA observed the room #1 to be safe and sanitary as regulations require.
Licensee submitted an updated facility sketch (LIC 999A) along with photographs of bedroom #1 to Community Care Licensing.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Nelli Gevorgyan and a copy of this report was provided. A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days. |
