25 | On 07/02/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Kimberly Vass and Sha Fee Vang conducted an unannounced Annual Random Inspection and was met by licensees Loveth Idoni and Christiana Izinyon. Also present were licensee’s adult sister and three minor children. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 12:00am.
LPAs toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. LPAs reviewed current facility sketch and confirmed that the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and hallway bathroom are used for providing care and are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by use of doorknob spinners.
This is a single level home and there are no stairs. The home has working telephone service and LPA confirmed the phone number. There are no fireplaces or open face heaters in the home. There is a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and adequate heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. Detergents, cleaning compounds, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible.
There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises
Per licensees there are no firearms or ammunition on the premises. During the outdoor inspection, LPAs observed in the backyard a portable propane tank still connected to a stove burner, a container of motor oil and containers of used cooking oil on the ground, spider webs on children's water table and play cars, and empty water bottles, disposable gloves, tissue paper and detached fence boards on the ground. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
