25 | On 04/22/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro, conducted an unannounced annual required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Llobana Chavez, also present was staff #1 (S1). LPA confirmed all adults who reside or work in the home have a criminal record clearance or exemption. There are no excluded individuals present at this home. Licensee confirmed her home telephone and stated days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5:00AM-8:00PM.
During this inspection licensee stated there are no firearms or ammunition on the premises. LPA observed and licensee confirmed there is one (1) large dog in the home, that are kept in the backyard and are inaccessible to the children in care. Licensee understand the liability of pets around day care children and accepts responsibilities of any action taken by pets.
LPA conducted a census, during today’s inspection there were six (6) children present in the home napping, capacity s specified on the license is being maintained. A current facility sketch was reviewed, and Licensee confirmed that the kitchen, dining room, front living room, bathroom and side yard are used for providing care and are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by use of door spinners and baby gates.
During today’s inspection LPA toured the home inside and outside. This is a single-story home, there are no fireplaces in the home. There is a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and adequate heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. LPA observed licensee test the smoke detector and carbon monoxide. Licensee understands to test both smoke detector and carbon monoxide periodically for functionality. During today’s inspection LPA observed areas, surfaces, carpets, and floors accessible to the children are in operable and sanitary condition. LPA observed the home to have age-appropriate toys,
