On 11/28/23 at 12:57 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Malia Thao arrived unannounced to conduct an Annual Continuation inspection. LPA explained reason for inspection and met with Administrator Hripsime Makaryan.

LPA completed Inspection Tool.

No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
