On 09/18/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd visited facility stated above and met with Administrator Bridgette Franco to report findings pertaining to investigation with allegations:

Licensee did not ensure that staff kept the facility clean
Based on interviews and observations, LPA found that staff are responsible for cleaning each night and it is up to the Director and the Coordinator to then ensure that cleaning is done properly. LPA suggested that each staff be made aware of any cleaning that is needed or lacking.

Licensee did not ensure that staff were adequately trained
Based on interviews with staff, and file review of training, LPA found that certain staff did not fully understand what there responsibilities were and LPA talked to Administrator regarding ongoing verification that staff are aware that cleaning, reporting incidents, and caring for clients, and that all a part of their responsibility.
