13 | On 1/14/25 at 11:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tammy Dutra and Kayla Danielson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with licensee Rebecca Stafford. It was alleged that provider does not ensure home is clean and orderly, specifically that home is cluttered and unsanitary.
The licensee was interviewed on 10/23/24 at 8:45am and stated that her house is a family child care home and children play with toys leaving them scattered throughout the day. Licensee indicated it would be very difficult to keep the home orderly while children are present and stated she has no issues with cleanliness.
Six parents were interviewed on 1/2/25, 1/3/25 and 1/8/25. P1, P2 and P4 indicated the house is clean but a bit cluttered. P3, P5 and P6 felt the home was clean and may be misjudged due to kids in care creating messes and scattering toys throughout the home. All parents indicated there is a cat rescue at the facility and indicated there are cat supplies stacked in the home to aid in their care.
