On 11/27/23 at 12:05pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), S. Sims and T. Dutra. At 12:40pm the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 4 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 7am - 5:30pm, Monday–Friday. 4 children's records were reviewed at 12:07pm. 1 staff records was reviewed at 12:21pm. There are currently 2 adults living in the home.

The following deficiencies were cited: Poisons in outside shed accessible to children, Cleaners in bathroom cabinet accessible to children, no fire drill being completed, Safe sleep log not being maintained for infants, Licensee's mandated reporter is expired, 2 counts of children's files missing, no individual infant sleep plan for infant enrolled, missing LIC 995A in children's files.
