The residence is a three bedroom/two bath single/two story home. There are two adults and three minors currently living in the home.

The home and yard were toured, and the facility sketch was verified. The following areas will be off limits to children: the three bedrooms, master bathroom. The licensee understands that the fireplace in the living-room shall be securely screened should it be used while children are in care. The children will use the backyard as the outdoor play area. During today's inspection the backyard is in the process of being fenced in. The licensee stated that the backyard will not be used until the back yard is completely fenced. The licensee understands that constant supervision must be provided if the children are outside. There is no pool, spa, pond, fountain, or any other body of water on the premises.
