A case management Licensee initiated inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kiriko Lynch in response to a capacity decrease application received on 06/28/23. The facility was toured inside and outside, and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. The current interior and exterior previously measured space and reduced number of restroom fixtures are sufficient to meet the request to decrease capacity to 30 preschool children. Capacity decrease is approved today, 08/03/23.
