Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Wheeler K. Lynch visited the facility for the purpose of a case management incident visit that was reported by the Licensee. LPAs conducted an interview with the Licensee, three teachers and obtained more information and records of the incidents from 09/25/2023 - 10/16/2023. No citations issued during today's visit. Exit interview conducted, Notice of Site Visit posted.
