32 | Three parents (P1-P3) were interviewed on 07/18/2025 and there were no disclosures regarding either allegation, and stated they have not personally witnessed any incidents related to the allegations. Three staff (S1-S3) were interviewed on 07/22/2025 and there were no disclosures regarding either allegation, and stated they have not personally witnessed any incidents related to the allegations. Staff stated they are always present when children are using the restroom and will assist if needed and help out with handwashing, and the incident did not happen. Staff also stated they always intervene when children hit or tease other children, children are talked to and separated, and the child is comforted and time out is utilized as a discipline method as needed with the other child. Five children (C1-C5) were interviewed on 07/22/2025, and there were no disclosures regarding basic care or supervision issues. During the complaint inspection visits, LPAs observed the facility staff were providing adequate care and supervision to children and operating within capacity and ratio. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
