13 | On 10/18/24 at 2:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kiriko Lynch and Noah Wheeler conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with licensee Michelle Lockett. It was alleged there is a lack of supervision in the home, specifically the Licensee not supervising children adequately while children are in care, and also Licensee is not providing adequate meals to children in care. The Licensee was interviewed on 07/26/24 at the time of complaint opening and denied the allegations. She stated she provides adequate supervision while children are in care at the home, and denied the allegation.. Licensee also stated she feeds children by set times and is on the food program, and denied the allegation. During the opening inspection, LPAs observed Licensee did not have the food which was listed on her posted menu. Five parents (P1-P5), one staff, (S1) and four children (C1-C4) and children were interviewed on 06/03/24, 06/14/24, 07/10/24, 07/17/24, 08/12/24, 08/14/24, 08/21/24, and there were disclosures regarding the allegations. Based on the evidence obtained per interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be substantiated.
