13 | At aproximately 11:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) contacted Administrator Mark Stephenson via telephone to deliver findings from the investigation into the above allegation. This visit is being conducted via telephone due to COVID-19 precautions. Based on interviews conducted with residents and staff, there is no indication that staff have yelled at residents. Residents interviewed expressed the wonderful care they have received from staff at this facility. Residents interviewed said they have watched staff work hard during this COVID situation to ensure all their needs were met. Interviews conducted with staff determined they had not heard another staff yell at a resident and no residents have come to them to complain of a situation like that.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Original signature on file. |
