On 02/02/23 at 12:45 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Edgar Campana arrived at the facility to conduct a licensee-initiated case management visit for a play structure inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Christina Tanori, facility director and proceeded to tour the facility. There were 9 children present in the preschool classroom and two staff members.  Facility is within ratio/capacity limitations. The facility is seeking approval of a new play structure for the preschool program.

LPA inspected new play structure and observed that structure is in good working condition, free of defects, and is age-appropriate.

An exit interview was conducted with Christina Tanori. The following reports were discussed and provided during the exit interview: LIC809, Appeal Rights and Notice of Site Visit. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's date. Play structure is approved for use by the preschool program.

No deficiencies cited during today's visit.
