25 | On November 10, 2025 at 08:30am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Jacqueline Macias conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and met with Licensee, Guillermina Garduno. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. Also present was Licensee's spouse, Francisco Ruiz Solis and Licensee's adult daughter, Janet Rodriquez. Licensee was provided a Entrance Checklist upon entry. There were no daycare children present in the facility during this inspection.
Licensee accompanied LPA and conducted a tour inside and out of the facility during this inspection. This facility is a one story, seven (7) bedroom, (4) bathroom house. The following areas used for child care are: daycare area, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom #4, and half of backyard outside of daycare area. Off limits areas are bedrooms #1, #2, #3, #5, #6 #7, bathrooms #1 - #3, half of backyard. They are made inaccessible through the use of locks and doorknob covers. Days and Hours of operation are: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector met requirements. Hazardous items were made inaccessible to children during the inspection. The licensee has toys, play equipment and materials available. The home has a fenced backyard available for outdoor activities at time of inspection. Licensee states she provides continuous supervision of children during outside activities at all times. No bodies of water observed on the premises during the inspection. Licensee stated there are no weapons in the home. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances.
