13 | On July 1, 2026, at 1:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude the complaint investigation related to the above allegation. LPA met with Licensee, Joanna Corona and conducted a tour of the facility. At the time of the inspection, there were three (3) daycare children and no other staff members.
On April 17, 2026, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging Licensee did not prevent a day care child from engaging in inappropriate physical contact with another child. During the investigation interviews were conducted with the Licensee, staff members, daycare children, daycare parents, and a witness. The Licensee denied the above allegation and stated that children are constantly supervised both indoor and outdoors, with at least two staff members present at all times. Staff interviewed reported that children are never left unattended and stated they were unaware of any unusual incidents. Parents interviewed had no knowledge of the allegation and reported no concerns. The parent of the child involved did not consent to their child being interviewed.
