25 | On September 21, 2026 at 2:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Jacqueline Macias conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and met with Licensee, Jacqueline Osuna. Also present was Licensee’s spouse, Alfonso Osuna. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. Licensee was provided an Entrance Checklist upon entry. There were 4 daycare children present in the facility during this inspection.
Licensee accompanied LPA and conducted a tour inside and out of the facility during this inspection. This facility is a one story, three bedroom, two bathroom house. The following areas used for child care are: living room, kitchen, dining room, play room, bathroom 2 (hallway) and the backyard. Off limits areas are bedrooms 1 (master bedroom), bedroom 2, bedroom 3, bathroom 1 (inside of master bedroom), laundry room, and left and right side yards. They are made inaccessible through the use of latches, locks and doorknob covers. Days and Hours of operation are: Monday – Sunday, 23 hours.
The fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector met requirements. Hazardous items were made inaccessible to children during the inspection. The licensee has toys, play equipment and materials available. The home has a fenced backyard available for outdoor activities at time of inspection. Licensee states she provides continuous supervision of children during outside activities at all times. No bodies of water observed on the premises during the inspection. Licensee stated that there are firearms and ammunition on the premises that are locked and stored separately. LPA verified that the firearms and ammunition are locked and stored separately. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances.
