On February 21, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with Director Deni Webb. A tour of the facility was given, and a census was taken. The purpose of the visit was to follow up on an incident that was reported to the Fresno Reginal Community Care Licensing Office on February 5, 2024. Interviews were conducted with staff and files were reviewed. LPA needs to follow up on additional information gathered during today’s visit and will return to the facility once the new information has been reviewed.

Per Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies are being cited today.
